About

Hi I'm Ray, a third year Industrial Design student at Humber College in Toronto. To me, Industrial Design combines customer service, art and engineering to solve problems. The design process is so intriguing to me. It follows a structured procedure built on pillars: empathizing, ideating, developing, prototyping and testing. Each pillar is bridged by creative thinking to arrive at a final product.

My inspiration comes from both the built environment and nature.

The Lockheed Martin C-5M Super Galaxy is gargantuan and awe-inspiring to stand next to.

Interests

Cycling has significantly influenced who I am. The bicycle, in its many forms, has taken me on adventures that have changed my life. Whether it was four months on the continental divide through Canada and America or commuting through the streets of Toronto, cycling has taught me about resilience, community and striving for goals.
